A lot of what is in this does seem obvious when you’re reading it. But it does give you practical guidance for how to actually put it into practice, and like all these self help and growth books, it’s the act of doing it that makes the difference, not the reading of the book.

This book will surely help anyone who is trying to reduce the stress in their lives, manage work and home, and not feel guilty for taking care of oneself. I do feel the audience being addressed is to the younger, professional generation, but that does not mean we older adults cannot profit from its wisdom,

Another wonderful & inspiring read by Sophie. Clear & insightful in her intention to spread her message of prioritising joy. This book fills a gap in the productivity market. I have recommended this book to my fellow female do-ers and dreamers!

Knowledge is power!

Like all of Sophie’s work, she’s done her research. The Hustle Cure speaks to women because it honors and empowers who we already are (our energies, histories, genetics, and personalities.) Sophie’s podcast, Practical Positivity, teaches her listeners to lean into what feels joyful, and The Hustle Cure demonstrates to readers why this is so valuable and how to do it! Thank you, Sophie, for sharing your energy, insight, and wisdom with us all!

This book is the best productivity book that I have come across - and it’s written with a true understanding of the unique pressures of being a woman and needing to “do it all”. I have felt like I have needed to change my relationship with productivity for a long time as it currently doesn’t feel sustainable, and this is the first book I’ve come across that’s really resonated with me. 10/10 recommend :)

Like the author, I have read pretty much every bestselling book on productivity / personal development, but none of them has resonated and felt as actionable as this one. It’s not a rehash of top tips to fit more into your day, or requiring a morning routine that only someone with no caregiving responsibilities could maintains. It’s actionable, very readable and backed by research in the tips and steps to do more of the right things. Highly recommend!

Such a refreshing take on productivity, and offers a real alternative to the typical books on this subject that we’ve all read and struggled to really apply to our lives. Will be recommending this to all the strong women in my life!

Another well structured and insightful read from Sophie. There was a clear gap in the market for a relatable, female-focussed guide in this field and The Hustle Cure delivers just that in an easy to digest way. Made even better by the fact it looks beautiful on our bookshelf!
