The book was bent so that: 1) the book doesn't lie flat on a flat surface; and 2) whichever cover is facing up does not touch the pages. Also, the seller charges $24.95 for the book, when the retail price as shown on the back cover is $19.95. After I saw that, I looked on Amazon for the book, and the price there is $18.94. Sorry to say but it's a rip-off to buy this book from this seller.
I bought this as a gift for a friend who I knew would get plenty of use out of the mocktails while pregnant over a hot summer. She was excited for her and her husband to enjoy them together!
